Paraplegic bodybuilder Max Kulati will be attempting to defend his IBFF World Cup Bodybuilding Title in Slovenia, but this time, as a professional and not an amateur.
The Uitenhage-based superstar went into the championship last year as an underdog but now has a title to defend.
It’s at this championship that he received his pro card. His only obstacle now is raising funds to get to Slovenia.
The 35-year-old superstar took to bodybuilding in 2021. He soon found his rhythm and started winning championship after championship.
Last year, Kulati proved to be the best of the best when he won his first-ever world title.
Although bodybuilding is an individual sport, he has a lot of help in the gym.
His only obstacle is raising the R 80 000 to get him and his assistant to Slovenia.
The championships are set to take place in October this year.
Kulati has to raise the money by August to ensure his spot in Slovenia.
